Menteri Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi (Menko Marves) Luhut B. Pandjaitan menghadiri peluncuran aplikasi Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA). Aplikasi ini merupakan produk Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kemenkumham) melalui Direktorat Jenderal (Dirjen) Imigrasi.
Dengan adanya aplikasi e-VOA, Pelaku Perjalanan Luar Negeri (PPLN) dimungkinkan melakukan pembayaran dan mendapatkan visa sebelum tiba di wilayah Indonesia. "Kehadiran e-VOA menjadi bukti akselerasi terhadap efisiensi pelayanan keimigrasian yang ada di negeri ini," kata Luhut di Bali (10/11).

"Kita ini pelayan publik dan Anda bertugas untuk melayani, jadi berikan yang terbaik pada publik," pesan Luhut. Jadi, kepada seluruh insan Kemenkumham dan Dirjen Imigrasi untuk selalu memiliki pemikiran yang berorientasi pada pelayanan public (ma).

The Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Menko Marves) Luhut B. Pandjaitan attended the launch of the Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) application. This application is a product of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) through the Directorate General (Dirjen) of Immigration.
With the e-VOA application, it is possible for Foreign Travelers (PPLN) to make payments and obtain visas before arriving in Indonesian territory. "The presence of e-VOA is proof of the acceleration of the efficiency of immigration services in this country," Luhut said in Bali (10/11).
Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights (Wamenkumham) Edward Omar Sharif Hiariej said e-VOA had been implemented for 46 countries and 17 airports as entry points. It is hoped that in the future, e-VOA will continue to be improved to encourage an increase in foreign tourist arrivals to Indonesia and become a catalyst for supporting Indonesia's progress through improving immigration services.
"We are public servants and your duty is to serve, so give your best to the public," Luhut said. So, to all members of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and the Director General of Immigration to always have public service-oriented thoughts (ma).
